Drink Water? No! I Hate To Go To Toilet!

I met some of my customers recently, they told me that they hardly or difficult drink water.. like 250ml water per day only. When I told them that when they are on the weight management program, drinking more water is very important, if not the results could be very slow. It is something that we need to change, as water is very important to our health because our body consist of 70% of water. If our body is dehydrated, cravings for sweet drinks, sweet junk food or cravings for unhealthy food will be in your head.

By drinking sufficient plain water, it can helps to get rid of those unnecessary cravings and also hunger.

I do understand that our office is very cold, we do not sweat, and we don need to drink so much of water, the toilet is far from our sitting place.. I would say all these are reasons for us not to drink water. Just think, one day, we are really sick, will our boss care about us? Well, they will tell us, I'm sorry you can't work for our company anymore, out you go! By then, do you feel regret that during your working time, you did not take good care of your own health??

So start changing your habits and learn to drink more water... Take good care of ourselves before is too late. I am sure you wouldn't want to visit the kidney dialysis center every week?
